Two Leadership Tools from Fred Jewell (Class of 2022)

As leaders, it is always challenging to find just the right action to take for a given situation, whether it’s a major business transformation, dealing with team dynamics, having a difficult coaching conversation, or managing through life at home. During our time together Fred will share and discuss two tools we can use to help break down any situation and generate ideas and approaches for action: the Jabian Engagement Framework (Fred’s Swiss Army Knife for all things leadership), and his book “We Can’t Do It Alone: Building Influence with Simple Strategies.”
