Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate is an indiviual who demonstrates a desire to connect with the Sandy Springs community, and to strengthen his/her leadership skill set. This means a willingness to learn new approaches to interconnectivity on both micro and macro levels - from interaction with other individuals who may differ in personal or leadership style to functioning within organizations or businesses in possibly complex situations. The class member must possess a strong interest in service to and engagement with Leadership Sandy Springs and the larger Sandy Springs community.
We aim to choose a diverse and inclusive class that represents different backgrounds in Sandy Springs, including various industries, cultures, ages, etc. in order to have a balanced class.
